Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Pallas, we strive to provide customers with high-quality, freshly made products. Please review our policy carefully before placing and confirming your order.

 

1. Order Cancellation
  • You may cancel your order at any time before submitting the Order Confirmation Form.

  • Once the Order Confirmation Form has been submitted, your order is considered final and will be processed for preparation.

  • Due to the nature of our products, which are made fresh for every order, all sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted once the order has been confirmed.

  • Orders that have already been prepared for shipping cannot be cancelled.

 

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are only available in the following cases:

  • The product received is different from the confirmed order.

  • The product arrives damaged during delivery.

Important:
  • All claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Proof in the form of photos and/or videos must be provided to process a refund.

 

3. Return Shipping
  • If a refund or return is approved, all return shipping costs will be covered by The Pallas.
